Sends out FAKE UPS Tracking number with external email confirmation that other shipper is used "Emerexpost.com" with other FAKE tracking number.
Then sends a message SHIPMENT IS ON HOLD and ask $200 more to rip you off.
City "permet" is needed on a supposedly domestic shipping.
