Scammers pretending to be Amazon. They trick people into thinking they are publishing a book through Amazon, but there's no product! They just steal money.

The website has a live "chat" function. I asked them if they were the real Amazon, and they said yes. But when I pushed them a little, they disconnected the chat. They post a phone number: 551-338-8338.
I've reported this site to Amazon, but so far these scammers are still up and running.
