Scammer poses as officials for extortion, linked to Nigerian gang targeting vulnerable seniors, coercing payments via Bitcoin or US accounts.
Scam/Fraud Info:
This person calls himself Chief Judge Dickson or General Sergei Tajikistan from Russia or Judge Clarence Thomas, masquerading as a Florida Supreme Court Justice, for the purpose of extortion. He is from Ethiopia, and he is the "enforcer" of a notorious scammer gang fake "community," located in Nigeria. Email addresses: fdreesazaekimjerswaza3367@gmail.com, chief.judgedickson@gmail.com. Likely name: Esaza Ekim Jer Swaza. (The first four letters of his first email address - fdre - are the initials of Ethiopia. In more recent communications he uses the name General Sergei Tajikistan from Russia.) The gang's MO is a romance/money laundering/entrapment/extortion scheme whose intended victims are lonely senior women who have become mentally impaired and cannot discern that they are frauds. One of our clients is the sister of a victim, who has sent them her entire retirement account, on the order of $600,000. They are extremely dangerous criminals. "Dickson" sends the orders to the victims for money payments, through a Bitcoin or US money laundering account owned by the gang.
