Scammer asking me to pay for flight for him to come and see me

Scammer is pretending to be mocity jaybee and asking me to pay for a flight ✈️ for him to come to UK to see me. He has never video called or sent a voice note.i have no idea who the hell he is. Please can you verify if this is his account or someone else account trying to commit fraud.
